1. Service

Dreamer (the “App”) is provided by Textintel FZE, publishing on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under the name “Torapp”.

Textintel FZE (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “We”, or “Us”) provides the following services (the “Services”):

• Voice-to-text transcription of user-narrated dreams.
• AI-generated dream interpretations (including generalized, Jungian, Freudian, and astrological perspectives).
• AI-generated short videos and visual symbols (Seals) based on user inputs.
• An interactive AI chat interface to discuss recorded dreams.
• Digital journaling tools to store and review past entries.

2. Disclaimer: Entertainment Purposes Only

Crucial Notice: All content, interpretations, advice, and AI-generated chat responses provided by the App are intended strictly for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

The App does not provide, nor should it be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, validity, or psychological soundness of any AI-generated interpretations. Users are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the content provided by the App.

3. Access and Age Requirements

Parental Guidance Recommended: Due to the unpredictable nature of dreams (which may include mature themes or nightmares) and the use of generative AI, Parental Guidance is recommended for this App.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using Dreamer, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

4. User Content and Generative AI

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original text, voice recordings, and optional photos you submit to the App (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Us a license to process, store, and transmit this data through our third-party AI providers solely to generate your requested interpretations and videos.

Acceptable Use: You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Generate or attempt to generate sexually explicit, violently graphic, or illegal content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. To ensure safety, a “Report” option is available on each dream interpretation page.

5. Copyright Notice

The software, design, UI/UX, proprietary symbols (Seals), and audio assets (such as the “Elder” voice and soundscapes) of Dreamer are the property of Textintel FZE or are used under license.

Unless explicitly permitted, the underlying mechanics and design of this App may not be reproduced, altered, or distributed for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Limitations of Liability

The services provided by Dreamer are provided “as is” and “as available.”

In no event shall Textintel FZE be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use this App. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress resulting from dream interpretations, or the loss/corruption of journal entries.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the App (e.g., daily video generation limits, full access to the Symbols grid, unlimited dream analysis) require a Premium Subscription (Weekly or Yearly).

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Payment will be charged to your respective account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Free Quotas: Free users are subject to daily usage limits (e.g., 1 free video) as determined by the Company. These limits may change at any time.

8. Data Protection

By using the App, you acknowledge that your inputs—including voice audio and optional facial photos—will be processed by our cloud servers and third-party AI service providers. All data processing and deletion requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Refund Policy

Since payments are processed directly by Apple (via the App Store) and Google (via the Play Store), Textintel FZE does not have the ability to process refunds directly.

• For iOS users: Refund requests must be made through Apple’s support system at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• For Android users: Refund requests must be made through the Google Play Store support center.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Turkish law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
